Brooke is a certified CranioSacral Therapist, lymphatic therapist and somatic trauma therapist. Practicing for over 10 years, Brooke is thrilled to be collaborating with the SBLC team to help clients improve their wellbeing on all levels.
Her other certifications include Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy, a program designed to offer a somatic approach to trauma-informed care, and has studied the somatic connection to chronic pain and Polyvagal Theory through the work of Dr. Peter Levine and Dr. Stephen Porges.
Ilan is a Licensed Massage Therapist with more than twenty years experience. He has worked with chiropractors, spas, and massage schools across the country, as an educator as well as a massage practitioner. Ilan brings his core myofascial technique, combined with elements of craniosacral massage and traditional Polynesian rocking to his massages.
Julia holds international certifications in colon hydrotherapy, health education, and mind/body fertility health. In 2017, Julia designed a signature line of digestive health supplements for sensitive people.
